Product application

This machine is used to open the dried viscose staple fibers. After drying, the viscose staple fiber comes out of the feeder or dryer and enters the cotton conveying fan through the nozzle and air duct, and passes through the cotton conveying fan.
After being fed into the cotton box, the short fibers falling into the cotton box are fed by a pair of feeding rollers and opened by the feeding beater, followed by the sloping plate.
Enter the cotton opening box. In the cotton opening box, the gripper will send the short fibers evenly into the two pairs of holding rollers.
The fiber is not loosened by the high-speed spinning open-roller roller. Adjusting the distance between the open-roller roller and the holding roller can be satisfactory.
Bulk short fibers, the opened short fibers fall into the cotton conveying pipe (opening box) located below, and then sent to the baler through the air duct.
