Introduction:

Annealer is the key equipment in after-treatment process for fiber tension setting. It also applies second drawing and shape setting to tows in tension state.

Machine Features:
 

1. Setting rollers have two types, siphon type and jacket type, which ensures temperature uniformity inside the roller. Its designing and manufacturing strictly follow national pressure vessel standards;

2. It is equipped with flash steam system to save heat energy sharply. After process optimization, Steam consumption for producing one ton fiber has been reduced to 0.5 to 0.6 ton.

3. High strength material and special heat treatment are applied to the setting rollers to guarantee strength and rigidity requirements.

4. Transmission gears are machined accurately with special treatment gear tooth. They apply special material and heat treatment manner, with large load capacity. Connection between gear and shaft are special that doesn't have key slot to prevent concentration of stress.

5. Roller surface is applied with special treatment to achieve proper rigidity.

6. Compulsory thin oil lubrication is applied to multiple lubricating units with cooling, filtering and oil temperature, flow automatic alarming functions. Oil level inspector applied on pipeline for easy monitoring.
