Product Description

1. Side-by-side 
    Typical variety: PET/PTT elastic fiber is endowed the following features: 1) Comfortably elasticity and elastic recovery, extremely stable shrinkage and long lasting elasticity; 2) Soft hand feel, ideal stiffness and drapability, smooth surface and wrinkle resistance of the fabric;3) Moisture absorbent, quick-dry and sleek hand feel, stable dimensions, iron-free and easy keep.
It is mainly used in stretch fabrics which are widely used for sports wears, socks, denim, underwear and high class woman garments.

2. Sheath core
    Typical variety (Low melt component): When the end product is under heat treatment with temperature 30-50ºC higher than that of sheath, the sheath component, i.e., low melt polymer melts and binds with normal polyester. This can not only replace adhesive agent to get adhesive effect, but also can it ensure product tenacity and soft hand. It is mainly used in screen, curtain and others.

3. Islands-in-sea
    Typical variety: Mix of PET and COPET or PA6, and its product fabric goes through alkali treatment and dissolves the sea part to form micro-denier filament with DPF of 0.06D. It is mainly used in suede fabric.

4. Lobal type 
   Typical variety: It is produced by mixing COPET with PA6 at a certain ratio, after going through alkali treatment and mechanical treatment, the two components will be split and become microdenier filament with DPF of 0.22D. It is mainly used to produce highly absorbent towel, clean room wiper and peach skin fabric. Etc.
